Reporting Issues & Requirements
→ Start by logging into the chat-based issue tracker platform using your BeeS issue tracker credentials.
You can register for a login here if you do not have one.
→ Please provide all the necessary details along with screenshots and attachments that will help
investigating issues. This will reduce back and forth communication and makes resolution faster.
→ Share any private/sensitive information over emails or phone. Don't post sensitive information on issue tracker.
Tracking & Communication:
→ You can verify status of issue in issue details.
→ You can communicate using issues tracker. Please maintain all communication regarding posted issue here to
review in future, if needed.
→ Any update to issue details or any post made on issue, will be notified to all participants through an email.
Reviewing and Closing:
→ Once the issue has been resolved, BeeS support engineer will update status to Solved.Please review from your side
and if issue has been resolved, update status to Closed
→ After you have posted issue, if for any reason you want to cancel the issue, please update status to Withdrawn
